New VTweet Feature Brings Tweets to Life

Have you ever read a tweet and wished that you could actually see what the person was referring to? Take this Tweet for example:

Now that is a pretty compelling quote…but what was the context? What followed? We’ve experienced this ourselves over and over while following along with tweets about TV Shows, Conferences, Sporting Events, you name it.

But that was then. We’re excited to announce our new vtweet feature which tackles this problem head on. Using the LiveCut editor, content owners can quickly and easily match tweets to the video that the tweet is referencing. Take a look at this in action as we use it for a Fireside Chat between Michael Arrington and Roelof Botha of Sequoia Capital at TechCrunch Disrupt. You can see the context of Botha’s comment that was tweeted out in the second clip of the playlist.

Let us know what you think about vtweets and get in touch if you want to try it out on your content.
